New Centre in Vancouver, BC
Paragon Testing Enterprises is pleased to announce that Ashton College in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia is now an official CELPIP Test Centre. They will be offering all three versions of our CELPIP Test (CELPIP-General, CELPIP-General LS, and CELPIP-Academic). The first test sitting is scheduled for Saturday, May 25th, 2013. Registration is now open online.

Revised CELPIP Levels May 3
The CELPIP-General and CELPIP-General LS Test levels will be revised for all tests written on and after May 3, 2013. The revisions are being made to discriminate English proficiency levels up to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 10.
Currently the CELPIP-General and CELPIP-General LS tests are scored from a level of 0 (the lowest) to 5 (the highest), with sublevels for 2, 3, and 4, respectively. As of May 3, 2013, the CELPIP-General and CELPIP-General LS Test level 5 will also include sublevels 5L and 5H. The chart below summarizes the changes.

Join one of our CELPIP online information sessions to learn more about the CELPIP Test. The online information sessions are one-hour and includes valuable information about the CELPIP Test, some useful test preparation tips and an informal Question & Answer session. Also, you will have a chance to win some of our preparation materials!
The best part is that you can access this information session from home! All you need is a computer, speakers and internet connection.

Designated for the Start-up Visa
Paragon Testing Enterprises is pleased to announce that the CELPIP-General Test is designated by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) as proof of English language proficiency for entrepreneurs applying under the new Start-up Visa Program.
CIC requires applicants for the Start-up Visa Program to demonstrate their language proficiency at the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 5 which would be a 3L on each component of the CELPIP-General Test.

Paragon Testing Enterprises is pleased to announce that Queen’s Collegiate in Toronto, ON is now an official CELPIP Test Centre. They will be offering all three versions of our CELPIP Test (CELPIP-General, CELPIP-General LS, and CELPIP-Academic). The first test sittings are scheduled for Friday, April 19, 2013 and Saturday, April 20, 2013.
Online Chat Technical Issue
Our apologies for the technical issue that you may have encountered with the online chat feature from Saturday, February 23rd until Tuesday, February 26th. Our online chat feature, which is located on the bottom right-hand side of our website, was inadvertently activated (marked as “online”) during non-business hours. If you attempted to contact us through our online chat feature at that time, you would have not received a response. The technical issue has now been resolved and the online chat feature is operating normally. Once again, our apologies and thank you for your patience.

Paragon Testing Enterprises is pleased to announce that Red Deer College in Red Deer, Alberta is now an official CELPIP Test Centre. They will be offering all three versions of our CELPIP Test (CELPIP-General, CELPIP-General LS, and CELPIP-Academic). The first test sitting is scheduled for Saturday, March 16th, 2013. Registration is now open online.

Feb 9 Kitchener Cancelled
